Two fully equipped styling stations, professional backwash bowls, LED vanity lighting, and a quiet client lounge, all inside a converted garden-front suite with its own street entrance.

Your own gated door and garden patio, set back from the street — clients feel like they've arrived somewhere, not just walked into a strip mall.
LED Vanity Stations
Backlit mirrors at every chair, so your color and finish work look as good under studio light as they will in a client's selfie.
Backwash Bays
Professional shampoo stations mean color, treatments, and blowouts never have to wait on a single bowl.
Client Lounge
A quiet wait area with a flat-screen and natural light through sheer curtains, so guests are settled before they sit in the chair.

Hourly
$50/hr
Two-hour minimum. Ideal for guest stylists and one-off appointments.
Daily
$250/day
Six-hour max, $100 each additional hour. Limited Wed–Sat.
Weekly
From $500/wk
Six-month minimum agreement. Wed–Sat or Tue–Sat schedules.
